The dunnage design process starts with material selection and production method.
The iterative design process continues until all customer requirements are met.
The digital 3D concept is presented to the customer for approval.
This dunnage set uses foam which is precision cut on a water jet.
Corrugated plastic is cut to be used for dividers.
A physical prototype is produced and presented to the customer for feedback.
Once the prototype is approved, production of the dunnage solution begins.
Stringent quality control standards are maintained throughout the process.
Now these speakers will be protected from manufacturing to shipping and the dunnage system will be returned to be reused again and again.
