Cross-Linked foam components add cushioning to keep the part stable.
The parts fit securely into the individual compartments preventing them from shifting while the NF241511 tote is being handled. The part is easily accessed for loading and unloading.
This intricate design can accommodate six parts per tote, which is an increase from prior design concepts. This allows the customer to increase the number of parts shipped while reducing the total number of totes needed to meet production requirements. The result is a lower overall packaging cost and a faster return on investments for the reusable packaging design.
